Bjørn Jakobsen

Bjørn is a former gymnast and has worked in the fitness industry for many years. He is a licensed personal trainer from AFPT and has presented group classes and done workshops all over Norway and abroad. He likes to combine strength and elements of movement in his classes with a playful approach.

In his yoga journey he found a lot of resistance in being still, finding patience and peace.  This led to exploring yin, pranayama and meditation. When noticing the effect, it had on the mind – being flexible changed from doing the splits, to find new ways of looking at things. Being physically strong, changed to show vulnerability and ask for help and guidance.
